well.don't u believe that, that's already a bad sign ....come on he has a girlfriend and he is flirting with you...how about if u where dating him and he was flirting with some one else..but it just might me that the relationship isn't good etc.. never the less..think about what u want..what do you like about him, been his friend is a good step to finding out how he really is..but try to be his friends before anything..don't let your emotions get in between... he might just pull a fast one on u , and u may have just fallen in the trap...

He does like you but you should wait until he leaves the girlfriend if he is flirting like that and you do get with him he will flirt like that again so think real hard before you get hurt.

He probably does like you. but he has a gf. so start off beign his friend and flirt with him a little. if he ends up liking u more than his gf then he'll break up with her.
