Last night I went to a Christmas party. I had lots of fun, was very happy all night. I didn't have many problems at school, it was an ordinary day. When I came home from the party, I even snuck a few chocolates, so I was very happy yesterday.
I woke up this morning, having no dreams (that I could remember), and I felt a lump in my throat. When I went into the shower, my back ached, my stomach felt weird and I had a hard time staying upright. My head sort of hurt, and my legs were wobbly. I suddenly felt miserable. At school, I pretty much had my head on my desk all day. I wasn't very energetic at all today.
No, I had no alcohol at all. Never had.

You could be coming down with a cold or have a 24 hour bug of some sort. You could just be having a bad day. I can't really tell you but I wouldn't worry about it unless it goes on for a while. If you feel like this for more than 3 days or you get worse then go and see a Dr in case you are coming down with something. Unless you get like this a lot or it persists for more than a fortnight I really wouldn't worry about depression. It sounds more like a virus or lack of sleep to me.

Maybe you have a chocolate withdrawal or you just might be mentally tired or it could be depression or you might be coming down with something or PMS is right around the corner but listen Aurora, I'm sure you will make it through the day......If you are really unsure what it might be, just kick back, pop in a DVD, and fire it up and all will be fine, trust me! Oh, and one more thing Aurora, At least you are not screwed up like this amik dude, He has real problems!!!!!!

sounds to me like you over did with the sugar, and the party and you are physically over tired. You could also have picked up a virus of some sort from someone at the party. I would recommend that you get Zicam nasal swabs, to stop the virus in it's tracks and that you get to bed early for the next several nights to make up for all the energy you expended with the party and such.

In the process of messing your aura you can have spots of reduced blood circulation . The other source of pain is when the nerve sheath in a joint is swollen from higher electrical factors from the body internal aura. Usually moving your body can relieve these and as long as they are short lived there is no damage. You can have an accident if your knee gets a sharp pain when you are carrying something.

Maybe you didn't have enough water and maybe not enough sleep. Dehydration and eating too much of the wrong things will make you feel really tired. Not sleeping enough will make you feel sick also.
Get some rest, food, and water. See if that doesn't make you feel better

Why do you think it is depression and not something else, like a touch of flu? Depression is a condition that continues for a period of time. It isn't hit or miss. If your symptoms persist, you should see a doctor.

There are two ways to succeed in life. One is to set yourself a very lofty goal and then strive with all your might until you eventually attain it. The other is to set yourself a very modest target and then glow with false pride once you score your all too predictable bull's-eye. This second option hardly appeals to you. Your standards are high and your aspirations are higher still. You are now trying to accomplish something delicate. You can hardly complain, then, because it is not turning out to be easy!
