OK, my sis was on runescape and there were a couple of guys talking. This is what they were saying:
First guy: Kan jag det?
Second guy: Vad ska du ha 200 guld till.
What dose this say and what language is it in?

The language is Swedish.
I can't be absolutely positive of the situation, but we've looked at this (one of us has some background in the language).
We think what's being said is something similar to:
The first guy is asking if he can have something, and the second guy is telling him that it's going to cost him 200 gold.

It is not Norwegian. It's Swedish. Vad [meaning "what"] is a Swedish word. In Norwegian, the equivalent is Hva.
Literal translation according to the Norwegian that I know:
Kan jag det? = Can I [have] it/this?
Vad ska du ha 200 guld till. = What [time] shall you have 200 [pieces of] gold until?
This might be wrong: In Norwegian, the word for "it/this" = "det", but in Swedish & Danish it's "dit"!!!

I think it's Swedish. Norweigian is soooo close. I think the first guy is asking "Can I (do/accomplish/get) that?" and the second guy replies, "If you have 200 guilders until/to (get/do/accomplish it)."
I wouldn't have given you this if there were a real Swede or Norwegian here. My Swedish is both lame and rusty.
