This is just one of so many filmed and photographed incidents of nature confirming my beliefs that Allah (swt) is indeed real. For me, that is, I don't want to force my beliefs onto anyone. But I do ask you to check out this video of a lion roaring the name of Allah (swt) multiple times.

What do you think of this?

Lions can't speak Arabic nor do they know anything of Islam or any other religion. If the video showed the lion saying "Salam aleikoum" or "Merry Christmas" or "mazel tov" or "Namaste" I might be more convinced. There are videos of house cats meowing and sounding like they're saying "hello" or "mama"; it doesn't mean that they actually ARE saying those things, much less understand the meaning of what that sounds resembles in a language they don't know and can't speak. They're animals.

That said, I am not trying to detract from your faith or your beliefs; I just don't see how showing a video of a lion roaring can be construed to supporting those beliefs. (Besides, it looked and sounded like the lion was distressed; lions aren't normally that vocal).

I don't think the lion is roaring the name of Allah, with all due respect. It's very neat that he sounds like he's roaring the name of Allah, but my male cat would very clearly *say*, "Milk" when he wanted milk as a young cat. And my littlest kitty *says* "Me" when I'm not paying enough attention to her.

You think that's good?

This pug says " I love you" That's three syllables. One more than your lion.

I also had a cockatoo that could use my name in a whole sentence at the correct juncture.

Mimicry is proof of the ability to mimic.

The lion was most likely just roaring, and most likely is suffering from captivity. If that is enough 'evidence' to confirm your belief in a certain 'god', then please, I BEG you, never serve on a jury.

Don't be so silly. The poor creature is evidently dehydrated and calling out for water. Maybe the name Allah came from earlier people who identified with the Lion and copied his cry as the name of God.
Anyway, who cares, there are more names for God than there are stars in the Universe and none of them are the true name. The true name is as unspeakable as the true image is beyond representation. Sorry, I don't hear the lion saying Allah...what I do see and hear is a lion that appears distressed and is either having a problem with something caught in his throat or is very thirsty.

My cat shakes his head when I ask him if he took a crap in the closet. He lies.

My dog said good morning and hello when you said the same.

Your god is a false idol, any that seeks to justify it self through getting it's name uttered by witless beast is indeed nothing more then a fiction of apostasy.

Numerous times I've seen clouds that look like French poodles, thus proving that the French Poodle god exists.

It sounded more like "Hie Yaa" to me.

Maybe the lion was a marital artist in another life.
