Man created God (many Gods) because he did not want to die. He then tries to kill those who believe in a different God or worship the same God in a different way.

All forms of life behave as if persistence into the future — immortality — were the basic goal of their existence.

The key question is immortality. Please read the link below for more information.

NO,NO,NO, Yes God created man ,but the organized religion was not created to control man. /with so may interpretations being around the churches set their rules and by- laws to separate the different faiths. Most of them believe that we serve the living God, Jesus the son, and that there is a Heaven and Hell. They just have their own ways of doing it.

I don't know if God created Man. I do think people created religions to control other people, but I also think that some people follow religions because they have genuine spirituality, not because they are being controlled.

Humans created gods, which is why gods reflect the cultures that created them. Anything primitive humans didn't understand was attributed to an invisible entity or entities.

Humans created religions when they realized that they could have power over others with their stories (of reward and punishment) that could not be disproved because they came after death. Really convenient, if you think about it.

Your question is pretty much right on the money with the comment that followed.

God created man and gave us His way to salvation via the Bible.

Mankind didn't like God's way, so through organized religion, he mixed in his way with God's ways... making it what it is today...

Denominationalism full of man's inserted "works" in an effort or attempt to earn their salvation instead of accepting it as a free gift.

Please feel free to email me and follow up on this with scripture should you have any questions or concerns.

Nature created man and man created religion to give honor and praise to a Creator. It also serves to temper many of our destructive human qualities with Divine guidance, as it is the only thing man could actually fear and respect.

Does anyone believe that I make a statement and a corollary. If you believe the corollary, you must believe the statement.

(Eccl 7:29) "Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions."

Everyone has a religion even atheists, as we all act out of beliefs, and organized religion is part of the while attempt by man to build his own tower of babel to Heaven or the equivalent, to to deny there is a God and hereafter, which is why atheistic cultures invariably end up worship men.

But there is one true God, and we were created to be able to know Him, but due to sin, and we have all done so willfully, we are separated from God. And in contrast to man's religions, no one can earn eternal life nor escape his punishment in the opposite by his own merits.

God had to do something, as unless someone paid for sin then there could not be the complete taking away of sin (Heb. 9:22). So instead of letting mankind go their merry and miserable way to Hell, "God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).

This Jesus "went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him (Acts 10:38). and after doing everything right, He paid for our sins with his precious, sinless blood in His death on the cross. He then rose from the dead 3 days later, and now sits in Heaven as man's present Savior and future judge.

What you do with Jesus Christ, the righteous Divine Son of God, reveals what you truly ultimately love, and determines where you will spend eternity. To be saved you need to decide that you want Jesus over sin, and ask Him to save you, trusting God to keep His promise to save you by His blood and righteousness. It is best you get alone with God and do not come out until you know you have received Jesus! This decision is shown by being baptized under water in identification with Christ.

As a result of accepting Jesus, then you are forgiven and given the Holy Spirit of Christ, so that you become spiritually alive, which is something that truly changes you!. You will want to know how to serve God according to the Bible, and pray, and be with Christians, etc. It also means that you will be persecuted by others who still want the darkness over Christ. But Jesus promises, as only God can, to be with you to the end of the earth, and you will find Him to be both your strength in time of trouble and deliverer from trials."It will be worth it all when we see Jesus."

I hope and pray that you will!
