Yes it does, but rarely more than 3 inches at a time.

I grew up in Northeastern Ohio, and the snows here in Korea are nothing compared to the lake-effect storms we got there.

Korean winters are very cold and very dry
(as opposed to Korean summers which are suffocatingly hot and mold-spawning humid)

I lived in Korea for 4 years when I was in the Army. The winters are very cold and very harsh, and it definately snows there during the winter. Although most of the annual precipitation is in the summer during monsoon season.

Yes, it does. Even in Busan, we get snow once or twice a year---though it doesn't stick.

It does in most parts of Korea, although it rarely snows in the southern most areas, such as Pusan, and there are islands, such as Chejudo, that are further south, where it doesn't snow.

It snowed last night in the Pyongtaek area. It did not last long or stick very well, but it was truly snow.
