i have ra, i am 53 years young. fishing hunting ,and all outdoor activities are my life love. the pain in my feet has been diagnosed as ra, nothing i can do about the pain besides drugs ?

I have RA, first sign 21, was under a Rheumatologist for 20 years, now 49. I am surprised that the RA is only affecting your feet and that you are active? RA tends to make you anemic. Therefore I suggest you seek the help of a Rheumatologist and let him decide what the foot problem is and what the correct treatment is. If RA is not treated, you will end up in a wheelchair and no fishing, hunting, let alone outdoor activity, I know I have been in a wheelchair twice and it is not a place I want to be, let alone wish on my worse enemy. It could be you have OA, but only a Rheumatologist can tell. Good Luck

Please don't go the drug route. Drugs won't heal you. You can heal your RA. Seek out natural cures.
