i have these floaters that when i look at something white i see them , they look like you looking at something under a microscope?

Go see a doctor. You may have had some bleeding inside your eye, which can be cleaned up.

Very rarely is anything done for ordinary floaters, though technically it is possible.

Many people have floaters, theye are more common as you get older, and more common in people with appreciable short-sight.

A sudden fresh batch of floaters needs checking out:
although 98% of such episodes are harmless, 2% are the early signs of retinal detachment.

Removing floaters basically requires a vitrectomy, and the instrument is essentially a small vacuum cleaner tube with teeth.
There are risks with the procedure so unless the floaters are extreme, such is might result from a haemorrhage within the eye, it's really not worth going there. A definite sledgehammer to crack a walnut.
