I don't have whole wheat pasta at the moment. For breakfast I ate whole wheat Bran cereal with low fat milk and for lunch I ate a sandwhich with 2 slices of wheat bread, 4 slices of thin turkey and I spread 1tsp of honey mustard on it, I also ate one banana. For dinner I want to eat some sort of CARBS because Im going to a BOXING class for 1hr and 30min.
I have some white parmasean pasta laying around, I was thinking of making it with low fat milk and no butter.
I want to eat the white pasta with a salad and any veggies I can find. Another option is eating the whole wheat Bran cereal again for dinner. What is a more healthier choice?
Do you guys have a HEALTHY recipe for white pasta?
I have:
tomatoes
asperagus
onions
lemon
turkey slices
monterey jack cheese
jalepenos
vegetable oil
wheat bread
and the white pasta laying around the house

what should I make?

I would dice up a small onion and cook them in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until golden.

Dice the turkey, add it to the cooked onions
Add salt/pepper/spices of your choice to taste
If the turkey is already cooked, while constantly stirring cook the onions and turkey together for 10 minutes.

Add sliced jalapenos, tomatoe sauce and diced tomatoes (how many tomatoes depends on how much you like tomatoes!!). Let cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly soft.

Pour over 1 cup of cooked white pasta.

from your past questions and explanations, it sounds like you've been doing a great job with this diet. make sure you are doing a diet that is compatible with your calorie base. you can google and find out how to figure out your calorie group.

remember that every once in a while, it's okay to slip something that isn't the BEST thing to eat. it won't hurt you, as long as you don't do it all the time!

if you have those noodles, and don't really want to eat the white pasta, you could just throw the noodles together with some kind of healthy, yet good tasting sauce, or just a tiny bit of butter and parmesan, if you don't have sauce.

also, i'd eat the veggies, too! especially cause they're the good tasting ones.

might i also suggest that you allow yourself to have one "free-day" a week. for example, saturday! this day, you don't have to be so concious about what you eat. don't take advantage of this day and find every excuse to eat something fattening, just lighten up a bit on this day.

hope these tips lead you to a healthy eating plan, and feeling good about yourself! that's the most important thing, that you're happy.

:D

Soften the onions in a little oil, add chopped asparagus to it, add a little S&P, stir around. Add diced tomato, cook just until heated throughout. Toss w/ cooked pasta and top w/ parmesan, if you have any. You can also add diced turkey to the sauce.

1 cup of white pasta should be fine, just mix the onions, asparagus, and tomatoes with it. No milk, no butter. And have a good work out.

Dieting is a small portion of what you eat. (Meaning low sat. fats, and no trans fat. Etc. etc.)

A large part of portion control. (Your portions should never be larger than the palm of your hand!)

And a medium part of healthy activity!

Good luck!

Faster Jam is a fine exercise! Do you've the eating/Recipe consultant that includes it? I would try to consume the recipes from there or as a minimum equivalent ingredients, considering that that how they designed the application. As far as smoothies without milk, you could use almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, or I even use water when I make my Shakeology. Excellent good fortune for your journey!

Don't diet! Just live a healthy lifestyle of not over eating, get plenty of exercise, cutting out all of the transfats (bakery items) and fast foods and you will never have to diet again.
