Tina....I am not going to lie or sugar coat this. It takes time. First you have to really get over that hurt...that alone takes time. You must forgive in your soul the person who hurt you...for not to forgive them...will only hurt you more. Now I did not say you have to forget...seems remembering can help you be more careful in the future..but forgiving..leaves your heart open again! That is what really matters...you will be more cautious..but that is ok...it will make for a much better relationship..take it real slow..make sure there are no secrets...and take the time to make sure this person is good for you in all ways!

It will be hard to trust again after getting screwed over but you have to try , it just makes you more aware of what to look for in the next person you meet , time will heal the hurt and you will move on.....

Well it takes A LOT of time. Trust me I know. And you have to talk with the person more than usual. But you will learn to trust again but you will be iffy about everything and the person will get mad but they will get over it. But it just takes time and communication...

trust comes eventually....when u feel that someoine is NOT full of bullsht after realizing what theyre all about,then of course u'll b able to see that it is what is.until then u jus have to NOT get attached and keep it movin,so when the next person comes around on some otha sht it wont be so hard to put up wit it and it wont really phase u all like dat. movin on takes time and i guess courage to want to put up wit gettin to kno the real deal...jus take ur time, and not rush to make it seem like somethin its not.ya dig?
