I`m from America and this is my first time to walk alone in London
i wanna plan my journey to London bridge at 9:30

does it even matter to buy a ticket if am travelling this time? from 9:30 or 10pm with a return of today?

how much does it cost to buy a ticket from London bridge to woolwich arsenal?
do I buy single ticket or with return cos I wanna come back to London bridge today
does the station close?

There are as many as eight trains an hour after 9.30 from London Bridge to Woolwich Arsenal. I'm not sure what you mean by 'does it matter if to buy a ticket'. Yes it does - our railways are heavily subsidised from general taxation and I see no reason why a foreign visitor should seek to travel without paying. The price of a cheap day return (available only after 9.30) is only £4. It is sensible to buy that ticket as a single fare at any time is £3.19. The last train back to London Bridge is at 23.19. If you are planning to travel any more that day it might be worth buying a travel card which would cost you £6.70.
