Since most religions see homosexuality as a choice, I was wondering how many people have chosen to be gay today???

And how are you dealing with suppressing your heterosexual feelings?

If you haven't chosen to be gay today, how are you dealing with suppressing your urge to go out and have homosexual relations?

The way I would explain it is:If you asked a straight man to become gay because it is "wrong" to be straight, you couldn't get him to do it. Plain and simple, born gay. I think that God made the world to be perfect but it didn't end up being that way. People have been gay for thousands of years. So I think it is a gene even if none of you family is gay. Though only my opinion. Even if it is a sin, it is no worse then anything then the simple sins we make everyday. God forgives, he just wants you to believe in him.

I really don't know if people are born bi. Now as for me. When I was I think 11 and the girl was 15, she did a few unmentionable things to me. I didn't know what I was doing but at the time but I liked it. Afterwards I felt a sexual attraction to women. I definitely get turned on by woman after that. I didn't really understand that I was bi till I was 15. I kind of experimented with a few people. Nothing major. I have never fallen in love with a woman, as I do not know if I am capable. I think for the most part it is sexual, though I do have little crushes. I have chosen to be with men. I do have desires to be with a woman. Though I guess I just try to ignore em. I had a dream the other night about licking a female area. I liked it a lot. Yeah I have inner feeling to be with woman again because men don't have that certain sweetness woman do. Their hair is nice to touch, their body so cute I just want to squeeze, lips so luscious and soft, bottoms are so round and beautiful, and most of all they fume beauty.

Though I mean I just thought it would be better for me to pick a sex to be with and I choose men.

I am still a little confused, don't know why.
If one of you gay woman would like to talk to me about it on IM, I'd appreciate it. Again I don't know why I am confused, you'll have to be the detective.

PS: Last summer I went to that girls house that "touched" me. I had not seen her since I was 13. I made a point to look as hot as possible. I wanted to see how she would react. She was "looking" at me but to this day we have never talked about what happened.

Great Guns!

Uh, I haven't yet made the choice to be gay just yet... So I don't have to fight my homosexual urges, since I don't have any.

So... You're a lesbian, huh? Wouldn't you always have urges to frig yourself? I mean, attracted to women, and you ARE a woman... How do you get anything done?

I did, but just for a while before breakfast. I'm back, but I may choose to be gay again when I'm watching movies later with my wife. The gays seem to have such great taste in cinema, and I'd like to be able to exert some of that.

Well, God made me gay at birth... it was not a choice. I fought against it for years. When I finally accepted His gift of homosexuality I felt closer to Him than I ever had. God has opened my mind and my heart to accept who I am, how He created me. It was never a choice.

I am bonnie and blithe. I guess I might also be gay.
Funny question btw. I have often wondered the same.
Me? No matter how hard I try, I just can't stop being attracted to men.

I have chosen to be BI today! ;P
Becoming gay is like choosing cream cheese over a bagel, or meat over a bun...when those two things really go better together ;P

Well, I've chosen to be straight today, and every day in my future for as far as I can tell. I'm bisexual, so I'm one of very few people that are actually capable of making a choice like that. ;o)

funny how with christians everything is according to god's plan but you choose your sexuality?? lord I hate the hypocriscy of religion! we dont have to like other people's sexual preference ( as a man I can tell you NO GUY would swallow another man of his own free will unless he were born gay) but we do have to leave other other alone. better consenting adult gay men then the child molestors that continue to be protected by the catholic church.

and the only laws christians need to be concerned with is love they neighbor and adultery. cheating is what god hates. jesus says love is the highest law and this include the people christians say god hates.

i really do not think it is a choice in life.......me personally would rather be straight then deal with the negative feelings from society about gay issues would make life a lot easier..but, can not see myself with a man either. so do we go with our feelings or with society beliefs. sometimes it is a hard fight for me everyone whats to be accepted for who they are
