You need special software to create a PDF file, but you may be able to copy and paste the info into a Word (DOC) file. Try hitting "select all", then "copy" on your file, then open a new (blank) Word file and hit "Paste". It may or may not work depending on how the original file was structured.

Word is able to open Web files. Then you simply so as "save as..." and select the doc file type.

For PDF, you go to http://download.com and get the free program CutePDF. Install it. Then open the web page in your browser, click File and click Print, then change the printer you want to use to "PDF File". The CutePDF adds that as an option. Click OK, and instead of printing the web page on your printer, it "prints" the web page to a PDF file on your computer.

Remeber that a DOC file you can edit if needed, a PDF file you can not.

If you have Acrobat Writer or another PDF creation software package, you can print to the PDF Creator printer driver. When you click on print, you choose the printer.

If you want to create a word document out of it, copy the text and paste it into Word. The graphics will not come along with it so it will not look as nice as it did in the Internet window.

Take care,
Troy

There are several different ways. I use PDF Creator which was freeware from download.com. It lets me print out of any application to a fake printer named PDFCreator. It will prompt you for the file name you want to make and that's pretty much it. PDF Creator is the only one I have experience with, but there are a bunch of different ones out there. Be sure and check the licensing before downloading.

you cant convert anything to pdf unless uve purchased the adobe pdf maker. Thats the way adobe designed it, free to use, but you have to pay to make things into pdf.

you can select all the information you want, press and hold ctrl and c

then open up a word document and press and hold ctrl v

this will copy everything

If it's a webpage that lets you copy and paste, highlight the area you want to save, right click and select copy (or do it with browser button), minimize browser/internet window, open your word processing program (word), and then use paste function to insert into word processing program; then select save as and name doc and select type/extension (.pdf or .doc).

I bring up the page in a web browser and "print" to a program like PDF creator,
PDF creator acts like a printer and will make a PDF of whatever you send to it.
get it here.
