mine would be Jibaritos, Its a Puerto Rican Sandwich made with Fried Plantains(pressed and flattened) Steak, lettuce, tomato and cheese and its served with Spanish Rice- It Is my Favorite

start off with some callaloo soup, then on to a lambi roti, then some nutmeg ice cream for desert.

I have so many, but at the moment i am in love with Paella Valenciana. Which is Chicken with Rice and Veggies.. Its great..

Curry Chicken and Coconut rice would be really good right now. Denver doesn't have a Jamaican restaurant, so I guess I have to cook if I want it, or fly to Jamaica.

My fav is lobster & strip steak. The sweet lobster meat diped in butter is to die for. The steak med. is juicy and flavorful.

osso bucco... it's an Italian veal dish... the meat comes out very tender and it has lots of veggies that come with it. it's pretty much amazing if it is done correctly!

vanilla ice cream, because you can do so many things with it, add to pie or cake, make a milk shake, or a banana split
make a snowman with candies, I love ice cream
