yes and no.
The right kind of sugar is actually good for you. For example... sugar that comes from whole foods - like fruit and vegitables.
The DEVIL is stuff like high fructose corn syrup. Or foods that are high in fat and carbs (sugar) - with little or no protine.
It sucks.... i know.
why does it seem like all the best tasting foods are bad for us?
maybe THAT is the work of the devil.

Only the devil is the devil,
but in dieting sugar adds calories and weight, so does carbs, pastas, breads, it is a matter of eating healthy, staying away from fast foods, eat organic when ever possible.

Sugar is the devil in weight loss just like the pencil is the devil in misspelled words.
You cannot be a victim when it comes to chosen behavior.

When ya have a sweet tooth as big as mine, and love to bake,.....HELL YEAH!
Cuz no matter what anyone says, the substitutes are never good as the real thing.
So glad that I like honey tho.
When ya understand what and how 'refined' aka 'bad' sugar
is processed by the body....then you better understand that sugar, as in refined white sugar is bad.

The non secular best is the scourge of this united states. they're attempting to deliver us back to the stone age. relatively, i'm extra fearful of the non secular zealots of our very own united states than others. it relatively is to assert, i'm extra fearful of the Christian fundamentalists than i'm of the Muslim fundamentalists. Why? because of the fact probabilities of yet another terrorist attack are not that top and whether one befell the probabilities of me being a sufferer are slender while the Christians in our very own united states who get rid of rights get rid of rights from all and sundry. yet nutcases are nutcases be they Muslim or Christian. I only think of that the non secular best is a greater probability to the liberty of the people of this united states than a small group of foreign places terrorists are. supply me a foreign places terrorist any day, this is the subsequent door neighbor who's struggling with "God's war" at homestead that scares the crap out of me. Palin is a appropriate occasion.

No. Sugar is just concentrated energy. If you eat sugar, you just need to burn that energy off with exercise or it will be stored as fat.
The only difference between sugar and other kinds of food is that sugar is more concentrated.

Yes, of course.
In the Church of Splenda they teach us that Sugar used to be a member of the holy Sacharrinity, but then dared challenge the Splenda of our God and was sent down to the rule over the underbelly of obesity.
