A rough rule is that a woman five feet tall should weigh 100 pounds and add five pounds for every additional inch of height. So unless your bones are really tiny, you're slightly UNDERweight by that rule!

it's up to you what you want to do with your body. your friends are being good friend by showing they care about you, bcuz of ur wellbeing bt at the end of the day itz ur choice. im 14 5ft 3in and 107lbs. if you wna lose a few pounds i dnt c wt the poblm is. itz ur choice gd luk x

You don't need to lose weight. If you do, you will be underweight. You don't need to look all scary skinny like Mary Kate Olsen.

dude, you're SKINNY. I'm 5'3 and 100 pounds and everyone tells me I should eat more. That means, you're just fine. You're weight is ideal.
Just exercise, get plenty of sleep, and eat healthy food. That's all you really need. =]
