why bother, criminals don't know if you have a concealed weapon. throw a 12 Ga shotgun over your shoulder, in plain sight and they will not screw with you. You do have the right to bear arms, you just can't hide the fact that you are.

Sheriff's Office, Washington County for gun permits.
I do not believe you need a permit for a stun gun- but call and check anyway.

Start at the local Sheriff's Dept. If they can't issue the permit, they may be able to tell you where to get one.
