I understand what you asking. Go ahead and donate blood, but it will not affect your regular blood pressure which I know is your
primary concern. Stick with the decreased salt, minimal alcohol. regular exercise plan you asked about in your other question. If you can decrease stress in your life - great. Every little bit helps. High blood pressure has many factors - - Weight, stress, physical conditioning, salt intake, alcohol intake, and heredity (which you cannot change). Good Luck.

YES! When you donate blood, there is a decrease in your circulating blood volume. That can usually lower down the blood pressure but mostly with INSIGNIFICANT figures. The blood pressure changes will be NORMALLY reversed once your body is able to replace that lost "fluids" which can be achieved within 24 HOURS.
Do you know that in the absence of other treatments for high blood pressure, extracting blood can give beneficial effect in temporay blood pressure lowering by a reduction in blood volume? That would apply the same principle.
However, an intense ANXIETY during blood donation can also possibly cause a temporary increase in blood pressure. And most commonly, an intense stress could make the donor to PASS OUT.

That second,I knew I needed to do some thing considering the fact that my meds were not running. I heard approximately this vitamin from a pal and notion I'd deliver it a shot. The outcome were first rate. In simply 21 days, I actually cannot take into account feeling this well, my blood stress went from a hundred seventy five/one hundred ten to one hundred twenty five/70.

yes, but not much and within a day or two you will be back to normal as all the volume you have taken out is replaced. the body has compensatory mechanism to minimize any changes in blood pressure, such as vasoconstriction and increasing cardiac output. This is actually one of the ways blood pressure is treated, with a drug called hydrochlorothiazide, which is a diuretic. However, that takes awhile to work because your body has a setpoint for BP, so you need to lower it long enough to reset that setpoint. Hope that makes sense.

Briefly. That's why they have beds. People sometimes pass out after giving blood. Juice and cookies pump up your blood sugar which helps to compensate for the shortfall.

Not significantly, and not for long.
You're cautioned to take it easy for a couple of hours afterwards.
