he says he will fix the problem he has created and he promises me he will give me copies of the receipts he gets but haven't seen one yet. and what can i do about him changing my real address if he has done it again i am may finally give up and get him for mail fraud please what should i do should i give him a limits saying i need these receipts in 3 to 6 days or what please advice getting more bitter here? we were together about 3 to 4 yrs and no i didn't live with him but he open credit cards in my name with out my permission please help what should i do

What he is doing is HIGHLY, EXTREMELY ILLEGAL!
He is STEALING your identity. He is HIJACKING your credit!
Start by speaking with a lawyer. At the same time, talk to the Fraud division of your city police. Also, call your local FBI office since credit cards fraud is a felony.
Do NOT feel sorry for him.
Do NOT refrain from doing anything to "hurt" him.
Do NOT let up.
He does not feel sorry for you.
He does not care about hurting you.
He will do this to you until he can't, THEN he will do this to someone else.
Please don't rollover on this. Go to the authorities and put this rabid dog DOWN!
PS Immediately go to freecreditreport.com and subscribe to their credit protection. It's only 15 bucks or something, but it will let you know exactly what he has done, and what he is currently trying to do.
ALSO, go subscribe to life-lock which will shut down ALL attempts to steal your identity and hijack your credit.

what he's doing is ILLEGAL...simple as that. if you're smart you will take action ASAP. call a lawyer!
