Just go up to her sometime when she's by herself and causually talk to her about things in general. Just ask her things about how she is and things that you want to know abotu her. Don't lay on the big question until it feels right. Try to get to know her first and be her friend. Maybe even casual date or hang out. Just be patient and if you are, she will probably grow into liking you and then you can ask what you need to.
