After 1 month of friendship with a girl, I finally decided to say to her that I like her and ask her out to know her better. Finally some how I said all thing and she replied that right now she is not looking for any relationship (she talked about her last BF, and how they broke up).she said that she want to be single and enjoy her youth age with her friends. I know her answer was so stupid, but I know all people have right to choose their way of life and I respect her. At the end, she said we can still be friend, and also I acted cool. When I gave her ride to her home she hugged me and leaved me. I like her but I can’t do anything.

she doesn't hate you. she's not interested in a relationship at this time. Her reason may sound stupid to you, but it is a valid reason. She doesn't want to be tied down.
If you are ready for a serious relationship now, then she isn't the one for you.
I never recommend waiting for someone to be ready because they may never be ready or when they are ready it might not be you that they want.
