Try Aaron Brothers, or any of dozens other framers in the phone book. Most of the larger art supply and craft stores will do custom framing of artwork and prints.

go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby framing dept.

hint - framing is not ever cheap unles you buy ready made frames made in china. Decent framing is truly an art, and is labor intensive. The cost of the wood itself is high and the finished pieces are not cheap because they are not bought in quantity!!! if a framer person at one of these places understands what you are trying to achieve and the effect you will get a lot more help. Remember not to get too crazy with the design of the frame. you want it to complement the picture, not take away the attention from it...
