Here are a list of stores or are where he can buy your Christmas gifts.
-Macy's (West 34th Street and Broadway in the heart of Hearld Square)
-Bloomingdale's (Lexington Avenue at East 59 and East 60 Streets)
-The shops along Fifth Avenue (just don't max out your credit cards)
-Lord and Taylor (5th Avenue at East 38th Street)
-The Time Warner Center (West 59th Street - Columbus Circle)
-Hershey Store (for those with a sweet tooth)
-Grand Central Terminal (for the shopping)
I hope this was very helpful. Happy Holidays

Tell him to go to Century 21 department store (not to be confused with the Real Estate company) in lower Manhattan just across from the WTC site.
They have a large selection of clothing, and gift and houseware merchandise which they discount upwards to 45% or more (depends on the item). It is one of the most popular stores in the area.
Edit: I forgot to add: watches, jewelry and shoes too. Everything is a name brand.

Tiffanys (jewelry), the Ritz Thrift Shop (furs) and Rizzoli Bookstore (great imported books)
>>>>iiiii<<<<<
all of them are on 57th Street -- Tiff's is on the corner of Fifth, Rizzoli is on the north side of 57th just west of Fifth at No. 31 ...and The Ritz Thrift Shop is just down the block a little a little at No. 170 ::: make sure you encourage him to get himself some books and foreign newspapers and magazines to read in his hotel, or he will leave you for someone more considerate ....
>>>iii<<<
he could scout around Bergdorf's for long minks and stuff, if he does not find anything at Ritz Thrift Shop:::::::Bergdorf Goodman on the corner of Fifth at 58th Street::::the men's store is on the east side of Fifth, the women's store is on the west side of Fifth (he wants a little something for himself, I hope)
>>ii<<
and while he is right there, he can pick you up some perfume at Van Cleef & Arpels, which adjoins Bergdorf's
>>>iii<<< and
he could pick you up something furry or feathery at F.A.O. Schwarz, the toystore on Fifth right across the street from Bergdorf's Men's store
>>>iii<<<
if he will be going to The Metropolitan Museum of Art (Fifth at 82nd Street) (take the bus up Madison Avenue) to 79th, walk one block west to Fifth Avenue) and down Fifth on the return trip):::::: have him get you an Engagement Calendar for 2008:::::::and a book of Egyptian Art, and encourage him to get some things for himself ... they have great jewelry reproductions in the gift shop, and books he might love ... if you don't encourage him to get something for himself, he might leave you for someone more considerate
>>ii<<
Do you think those will keep you happy?
I sure hope so !!!!
>>>iii<<<
If not, have him find the Teuscher Chocolates of Switzerland // in Rockefeller Center for some some champagne truffles (212) 246-4416 to verify location ... he might want to shop for himself at Saks Fifth right across from Rockefeller Center; they have great men's clothing::::send him there for himself or he will leave you for someone more considerate
>>>>iii<<<
I quit !!! OK??
>>>iii<<<
Merry Christmas
