I'm such a sucker for just plain, with some fresh berries mashed on top.

Through college I worked at the cafeteria to make some extra cash and every Thursday night it was "Cheese Night", the dessert being a variety of cheesecakes - talk about CALORIES and YUM! I ate at least two slices every Thursday for the whole year - lol. Now those stinkers would stick to my thighs and stay forever!

I love the cheap Jello mix that is fast and easy yet sooo good! It tastes great with cherry, strawberries or blueberries. Also you can tweak if to make it mint, chocolate, banana, pumpkin, whatever. Love it! Now I want some :)

Sometimes, simple is best:

Just a hefty slice of New York Style Cheesecake suits me just fine............

HOWEVER, our buddy, West took us out for Hawaiian food the other night (OMG, was it to die for!!!!) and we decided to split a piece of their

Macadamia Coconut Cheesecake with Lilikoi Berry Coulis.........

Four slices later, the food server (bless her) was ready to throw the rest of the cheesecake our way as we'd polished off over a quarter of an entire (14") cheesecake.......So, I guess we liked it???

Peace, happy holidays......
