Beef is, by far, my most favorite of meats, but some preparations of pork make my tummy sit up and applause.

I'm not too, terribly fond of some of the more expensive cuts of beef. For example, fillet mignon is so soft and tender, I feel as if I am eating beef jello. I prefer a little more texture to my beef and don't mind a little tasty chewing.

At home, however, we don't eat as much beef because we think that chicken is a much more healthy alternative. We even remove the skin before preparing it, in any form. Thanks to great tips from the Food Network, I am able to replace much of the skin's flavor with a number of herbs and cooking techniques.

So, most of our beef treats happen when we go out to eat, which may be about two or three times a month.

I have eaten, and enjoyed, rabbit, lamb (and mutton), venison, turkey, pheasant, goat, snake and occasional fish.

I love all meats, but with my family its Hamburger and Steak.

I like chicken and turkey but I love fish aswel. Roast chicken is the best...I love it when my mum cooks it as its always lovely and juicy. I'm looking forward to roast turkey at christmas though!

beef-pork and chicken-have never eaten lamb in my life the thought of poor lambs-i just couldnt-but i dont av a problem with piggies or cows
