Since is a casual environment, you don't have to wear a suit but that doesn't mean you should wear jeans and a t-shirt to the interview. ITs called: Business Casual Wear.
For Her:
Wear something conservative. If you wear a skirt make sure is in neutral colors, not too short and not too revealing. Dressy pants and nice blouses are fine too, make sure they match also. Shoes should be clean and make sure you wear natural stockings if you wear a skirt. Conservative and natural make up. If your hair is very long make sure is not in your face (pull it back if possible) and well groom. Don't wear stilletos or shoes that are going to hurt you while you are walking to the interviewers office.
For Him:
Wear dressy pants and a long sleeve shirt, make sure you iron all of these. Tie is optional but if you wear it make sure it matches your shirt. Also, the jacket is optional too. Don't wear anything too flashy or too bright. Shower, brush your teeth, groom yourself very well. Don't wear WHITE SOCKS!! Match your belt to your shoes. Don't wear a nose ring or any earings, until you get an offer and then research if it's fine to wear those.
MATCH YOUR OUTFIT!! Don't wear colors that doesn't match. Trust me, your interviewer will focus only on this thing, even if you have super awesome answers. I do a lot of interviews for my job, trust me when I see something too flashy and crazy I hardly ever focus on anything else. The clothes you wear tell me a lot of your work habits.
After wearing something that you know will get you the job, you will be feeling extremely confident that the interview process will be cake ad I'm sure you will nail!!
Best Wishes!

Just because employees can dress casual, you still want to let the interviewer know that you are a professional and care about making a good impression. Definitely dress up for your interview. A pants suit or skirt and jacket combo is probably your safest bet. Don't be too boring, but stay on the conservative side. You want the interviewer to notice you and notice what you have to say, not notice what you're wearing. Good luck with the interview!

Dress well for the interview as a professional. Maybe not a conservative suit since they will probably value innovation. Your first impression is important. You can go casual after you are hired.

Dress somehwat casually, but with clothes nice enough to show your respect for the company and job interviews in general. You want them to know that you're serious about wanting to get the job, but of course you also don't want to come accross as someone who would be out of place in the company, or as someone who tries to be a kiss ***.

The rule of thumb is dress one up on the person interviewing you. If they are in a jeans and a t-shirt then wear slacks and a blouse.

Dress professionally. You want to show them that you think well of them and their achievements.
