Leave him! If he is going online to meet women you dont need him.You dont know what kind of diseases these internet women have and you sure dont want to take a chance of catching anything from him.A decent person does not have those kind of conversations with on-line females.

This would be a problem from the beginning. When was the conversation was it before you or after you bottom line you don't need this stop it before your feelings get involved

First of all what are you doing on his PC where is the trust and secondly I would talk to him about it from talking to him you will know if he is llying to you and then you go from there if you dont have any trust then why be in a relationship

Leave him immediately! If this guy is cheating and lying already....he is not "THE ONE"......(YET...MAYBE)....
Here's what to do.....Pray for Jesus to come into your heart and live, and guide your life. Be obedient to his commands (like no sex before marriage) and you will get the blessing (either in that guy straightening up, or in another christian guy who will treat you right).
