i have produced a big belly and i really need to get red of it very quickly withing 2 weeks, can any body help me achieving that and i will be thankfull to you :)

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

It will be very hard to do it so quickly, but you can get close to your goal ... making sure to stay healthy. You could try the South Beach Diet, of which the first phase lasts something like 2 weeks (you don't want to go over this, it could be unhealthy) in which you completely cut out carbs but can eat as much meat and vegtables as you want. Go to the gym or simply go out for a jog, which I find to be the easiest way to exercise without feeling too restricted, and it's fun :)

You can also try wearing one of those girdles that make you sweat around the middle (such as Sauna Twin) during exercize or whenever your're just sitting around at home.

The only thing you can do is eat a very healthy diet and do tons of cardio excercise the next 2 weeks, at least 2-3 hours a day. It IS possible to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks you just have to work VERY hard. Diet is very important, only protein and veggis, lots of water, no carbs or junk food. Cardio is the only excercise that will burn fat quickly, lots of running, or any cardio machine for hours. Good luck.

unfortunately you cant get rid of it. No pill or anything else can help- but what you CAN do is improve upon it, but you have to be dedicated, because its such a small amount of time. here it goes:
breakfast- one cup of oatmeal handful of berries -or- a cup of high fiber cereal w/ a 1/2 of skim milk
snack: apple or banana
lunch- salad with 2oz of tuna or chicken (no mayo)
snack: celery apple or banana
Dinner: fish or poultry, a plate of veggies
4 to 5 times a week: 45 minutes cardio (jogging, jumping jacks, anything thats going to get your heart rate up for 45 min)
3 times a week- weight train (just look online for some at home things u can do)

This is the healthiest fail proof system to see some improvment in 2 weeks. You have to be strict with it though and really push yourself. Do it and you will be set

How big is big? Unfortunately, you can't loose that much weight very fast and still be healthy. all though if you don't care about healthy and don't mind your muscle tissue being eaten away also, you can always just drink slim fast and water for the next two weeks! But I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. Just lose weight the right way, proper diet and exercises. What ever is coming in two weeks, I'd ignore it and just start losing weight for my health, not whatever is coming in two weeks.

I dont think exercises or fasting is going to help u to reduce within 2 weeks! There are many weight loss pills which claim that they help u to reduce within a week, 10 days..15days..... There are some free trial offers also.. Most Popular among them ,I think, is Hoodia pills. U can go for the trial offers . No need to spend money also!

I know something that helps me....cut out the starches..(ex. potatoes, rice, white bread, sugars, drink fat free milk....this causes you to bloat) Honestly when I cut these things out my stomach is NOT AS poochey.

drink lots of water and about 300 situps (different types of situps), it worked for me, and if ur really despret drink wheat grass juice everyday
