My daughter is going to be turning 3 next month, and we see tons of things at the store that we think she may like. We've even had her look at the newspaper ads and tell her to show us what she likes. So far, we've gotten her the new candlyland game, and some of the littlest pet shop toys. I just really need some more ideas. We also know that we're getting her Ratatuoille...I have no clue how to spell that. But I thought I'd ask and see if I could get some more ideas from others cause she likes so many different things. Thanks for the input.

Well, my daughter seems to have a lot of this stuff already. She has a dress up trunk, kitchen, tea party things. She has the little leaps leap pad and the little leaps game system. The tunnel idea is a good one. I think she may like that. Keep the ideas coming please.

My children LOVE anything Leap Pad... From grandpa/grandma they are getting the CLICKSTART which is like a computer that hooks up to the television... It's around $50 and the "software" cartriges are around $20...
My 3 yr. old has a MyFirstLeap Pad... He LOVES it ! We take it on trips in the car.... We found it at Amazon.com it's an older model that looks like a bus.. It was on sale for $14.99 and we had a $10 off online coupon since it was our first Amazon.com order.. So it was around $7 w/ shipping.. The LeapFrog.com website has all the books/cartriges on CLEARANCE for $3.50 ! They are usually around $10-$12 regular price. On orders $50 or more it's Free shipping on orders less $50 it's $5 shipping... It's a really great toy ! We've had ours for over 2 yrs. and have had no trouble with it...
My 1 1/2 yr. old has a Little Touch Leap Pad that was a hand me down from older brother.. GREAT TOY very durable... It has books/cartriges and it reads the story and there's games.. The pages are tear/drool proof....
My kids also LOVE anything Fisher Price Little People since I have a 1 1/2 AND 3 1/2 yr. old it's important that we have toys that they both can play with and not have to worry about chocking hazards and such... They have several sets and play with them often...
I'm attempting potty training my older boy and hopefully I can do the little one too.. I bought them on Amazon.com a Potty Time Elmo w/ book.. The Elmo doll if you could find it in the stores has a potty chair/sippy cup and is dressed in pull down pant/ t-shirt.. He drinks from the sippy cup and says when he has to use the potty... Sometimes he "pees" and other times it's a false alarm.. Or he has an accident if you don't get him there right away.. (he doesn't really pee).... The toy originally was $40.. I got it for $16.99 and the book was $10 if you spent $25 or more you got FREE SHIPPING !
We also got my little one the LeapFrog billingual drum with ABC'S and numbers ...
My older one LOVES to draw so we get them the CRAYOLA washables markers OR the markers that only write on special paper.. GREAT for the car/restaurants....They sell them as sets at most stores.. If you can get them on CLEARANCE at TARGET with the markers for around $5.. The markers alone are worth $5... !
We also found at Blockbuster pre-viewed kids movies I think they were $4 for $20 and we got some that we don't have yet...
Good luck

I believe the 1st poster -- if those have been my nieces and nephews i would not supply them jack ****. they're so unappreciative. Hell, i'm a 30 3 hundred and sixty 5 days outdated female and that i did no longer get my first genuine coach handbag till a pair of years in the past, and the only reason I have been given it then is as a result of the fact I have been given an advantage at paintings. it incredibly is ridiculous. Christmas isn't approximately how lots the presents are -- it is the theory that counts. I certainly have 5 aunts like this. If it isn't the namebrand they want, then it receives tossed aside or given away. They communicate approximately how low priced it is, and so on. wager what? i do no longer purchase them presents anymore. i'm attempting to make ends meet myself, and then i attempt to be large and purchase you something purely so which you would be able to chat approximately it. No way! i would not supply them something.

My daughter will be 3 in February and is TOTALLY into make-believe right now. So, we ordered a puppet theater and puppets through lillianvernon.com. Total, it cost about $70 but I'm certain she is going to LOVE it :)
We also got her some "my first roller-skates," and a bunch of dress-up stuff (much of which came from the Dollar Tree). Through Lillianvernon.com I also ordered her a "learning clock" that talks and helps kids learn to tell time (though I assume she'll really just enjoy playing with it and learning number recognition for quite some time). The only thing left on my list of things I want to get for her is the "My First Leappad" and some books to go alont with it.
Hope that helps!

We just got a new house and our kids have their own rooms now so we got them all new bedding in the theme they chose to do for their rooms.
My Daughter is also three and she picked Dora for her room. We also got her a baby doll and the graco doll furniture set, stroller, bed, highchair, and walker. She also wanted a kitchen, and a tea party set, but her grand parents are getting those for her.

Some fun ideas: bubbles, bubble bath, crayons, markers, coloring books, playdough/playdough sets, blocks (like legos or similar) they even have "girl" sets that come in pink/purple, a sled and a little snow shovel (if she doesn't already have one), books, fun arts/crafts stuff that is simple enough for her to do with mom/cad's help. good luck! :)
