I'd have to say pasta.
I am compatible with wine, I'm comforting, I can be a variety of shapes and colors, and I'm versatile.

Pancakes.... They are pretty flexible some days I want to jazz them up, go all out with the whip cream and the baked apples on top the there are days where I just throw some butter and syrup on them and just have them plain Jane. So yeah pancakes that's me!
