When the major eras of exploration were taking place, why was it that God had not manifested Himself through, what are now considered to be, the essentials of civilised(?) religions?
Why were no native groups involved in the eucharist ceremony or a near equivalent. Did God not care enough for them that he let them remain ignorant of this fundamental necessity to christian belief.
Were there Muslim rites being followed by undiscovered and untutored aboriginal peoples or were their needs again ignored by God.
Why did the explorers not find previously undiscovered native peoples following the fundamental tenets of current true religions?
If, at that time there were a true religion, does it not follow that God would have revealed it to the whole world population?

Why did the worship of Quetzalcoatl not gently become similar to the worship of God, as we know it today, instead of waiting for the merciless conquistadors to introduce the God of love to the Aztecs by slaughtering them

It is not believable since it ignores the fact that the Hebrews already had their "religion" before they ever came to live in Egypt and eventually became slaves to the Pharoahs. It only makes sense if you assume that what the author states as being true is actually true. The Hellenization of Israelite culture did not take place until after the Old Testament had already been orally in existence for some hundreds of years. The Israelites were forced to flee several times from their homeland, but mostly because of persecutions by the Romans after Jesus Christ had come and gone. The apostles knew full well what the true meaning was behind all of the books of the Old Testament and they taught their disciples everything that they knew. The historical accounts are literal, anything which is not literal is clearly identified as being a vision, a dream, or a parable. No confusion exists except in that particular author's mind.

there is no true religion, all of them were developed by humans, and since the dawn of the concept of "only one true god" they have all been competing for those rights, they would all like to be the only religion in existence, this comes from teaching such ideas like you will go to hell for worshiping the wrong god, if you actually beleive your religion is correct , out of compassion and desperation to validate your own ideas you wish everyone to share them.

rhio - the way to disinfecting the populace is through non biased edjucation, that is why it is so important to pay our teachers well and be sure that they are not forcing any particular concept on an idea, this would include atheism as well, teachers should let students be open minded, atheism will result from this because religion is illogical, i know i will get thumbs down from this but thats ok
