That depends...
Did you run a System Restore? Or, did you actually re-load the "OS only" disk image?
If you ran a System Restore, you should be able to run another System Restore to a later date to restore your accesses. The Restore function, however, does NOT delete programs - it simply restores settings. So, if you end up with a virus, it will still be there after the Restore.
I have run XP's System Restore to "go back" before the instal date of a game, and still have access to the game that was installed after the Restore Point was created.

If you do not have the install media and license you originally used to install it, you are out of luck. Doing a "factory reset" on a computer makes it the way it was when you bought it... you have to duplicate everything you added since then.
Best of luck!

You are going to need your office cds or if you have a license key, you can download the software from Microsoft if it is recent.

If you've re-installed Windows itself, then it's gone I'm afraid.
Unless you have the discs to re-install it, that is!
Alternatively, there's OpenOffice, a free alternative to MS Office, but is fully compatible at the same time.
Here, if you're interested:

The product secret is interior the packaging that got here with the set up media. it is the place you need to be finding. in case you won your product key on line, then discover the e mail the seller sent to you or touch the seller you purchased it from and spot in the event that they saved a record of it for you. The product key isn't on the CD, so needless to say you could no longer discover it on the CD.
