My dog is very healthy and seems to be just fine as well as her pups however, she keeps cleaning them but refuses to feed them

Call your vet. You should be bringing the dam and pups to the vet for a checkup today anyhow, to make sure all is well (which you've just stated is NOT).
Someone needs to feed the pups. They'll dehydrate and die quite quickly if you dont. If you can't force her to do it (does she bite?) then you'll need to do it yourself... so prepare to hunker down for feeding every two hours (really fun with a large litter because by the time you get done with the last one, the first one needs to be fed again!)

Definitely call the vet. The longer you wait the more complications could occur and you certainly dont want to lose Mom or the pups.

She may not know how try holding the pups to the nipples they should have done been eating you really need to take them to your vet and learn to bottle feed them

There may be another one in there. Sometimes not feeding them is a sign there is still one that need to be delivered. This is not the only thing that could be going on. It's best to call your vet maybe he/she could come over and have a look.

I would strongly suggest getting to a vet right away for advice. You don't say the size of dog or anything about them, they will starve to death if you don't act.

mabye the mother thinks that she is still free but now she has to think about her pups and take care of them

Call the vet for advice.
If she will not feed them, you will have to, or they will die.

better call vet!!!! pups need nourishment they will get sick if they dont get..
