ummm I don't know what "miss..." is going on about; I don't think she even checked the link (it's .com, by the way). All it is is exhanging used printer cartidges in order to fund different LOCAL charities. From the website:
"Any organization wishing to raise funds may participate in this program. We currently have non-profit organizations, schools, school-related clubs and organizations, 4-H clubs, Girl and Boy Scout troops, YMCA and YWCA groups, church groups, animal welfare organizations, animal rescue groups, Humane Societies and other service groups using this program to raise funds."
Sooo, I don't know why she doesn't think it has anything to do with helping children in her community.

Anyway, while I commend your efforts, I'm not sure this is the most efficient way to go about raising funds for a non-profit (but maybe it is; I don't know for sure). I definitely "buy things online to help charities"; like the other respondent said, I donate to UNICEF, Plan Canada, Amnesty International, local shelters etc. through their websites (and many have programs i.e. "buy a care package for a homeless women for $20" or whatever that are very cool).

I never do this and until there are no more hungry children and people living under bridges in my hometown, I won't! I do not believe in flying over a mission to get to a mission.
