Is this bad?
Also, how would i present my cv because employers need to know previous employement obviously.

do you have any friends still at the company, any that answer the phones?? (wink wink) If all else fails you can be honest with the employer and say you didn't leave on good terms but be sure to explain why without sounding bitter just sort of matter of fact

Well, you are in a pickle, my friend. You will have to make nice-nice with someone from your old employer -- preferably a supervisor of some sort -- and ask them for a letter of reference or a referral. If you put that employer's name and information on your cv, you run the risk of them giving you a bad reference. Nip it in the bud by getting a letter of reference, if you can, that is.

Not a good idea.....You NEVER "burn your bridges". You may need that reference....You should not include that on your resume....
