There are many youngsters don't want to answer some of the subjects in the name of religion and ethnic group.

When you are born in this world and if you want to gain wisdom, you should not restrict yourself on any subject.

You should have that clarity in your mind to accept all information. Whether you want to believe it or not, whether you want to agree to it or not, but why know about it.

I feel bad / sad and worried when some of my fans don’t answer questions related to other religions.

Once all the youngsters understand the wisdom of life and common essence of all religions, they will be able to carry forward the future generation to a peaceful world. It is these people who can bring the unity in the world.

It is these youngsters who can eliminate the hatred among people based on religious indifferences.

I am not asking them to follow any other religion. I am not trying to impose my religion on others.

However I want all the intellectual people to know about all religions and understand the essence of them.

At young age, please don’t be biased and carry fundamental feelings in heart. Love every human being. Love every religion. Love every country people. Appreciate the goodness in every culture.

That is what the Almighty / Allah / Paramathma / god wants.

Many of my fans think I don’t notice what they do. I fully understand many of my close fans.

It is my effort to bring unity and peace among ourselves. Once we achieve this, we shall spread it across the people we meet in real life.

After reading this there are many who come here to earn two points would ask me a question, what is the Question.

Don't you think we should be able to discuss on every subject in this world and ask questions related to same?

I agree, your mind should be open to discuss all things, and possibly even particularly things you don't believe in.... The more we discuss these things, the more strongly we can back up our opinions of what we do believe, and the more broader our perspective on the world is....

I don't understand why some people refuse to keep an open mind in discussing these things which they don't believe or which make them feel uncomfortable....

Once, someone told me that to question what you believe, to question your faith is to have no faith at all... I believe completely the opposite to this, I think the more we question that which we already believe, the more we can have faith that our opinion on things is correct, subjectively to what we already know....

People need to realize, that two people with opposing view points can discuss something constructively, without it being an argument... It can be a heated discussion even, and not turn into an argument, as long as both parties remember to respect one another, and keep an open mind.

The more information, the better, on all topics and subjects, great and small.... To not step out of your own mind, is to shut yourself off from the world... This is a very sad thing indeed....

NO

A. I never claim to know it all and in even my profile description I only claim to be a semi-know-it-all. I don’t know which flavor or religion Paramathma is connected to. I was raised as a Christian, but I am hardly a bible scholar. I never studied Islam; except for the basics and I only have a passing aquatinted with Buddism and the Hindi religion. I can discuss my personal views or I can discuss statements you make, but it is much harder to discuss concepts I don’t even know about.
B. Religion is a very toxic subject to discuss and one of the few that people are willing to kill for. This is an excellent reason to avoid discussing the topic too much. Plus religion is very personal and varies widely even in the core religion itself. It is way to easy to insult someone without meaning to and if you insult a person's religion then you become a threat to ALL who follow that religion not just that person.
C. This board is called Yahoo Answers not Yahoo Religion. You can cover a wide range of topics here, but not every topic. Offensive ones like sex are banned and discussions on religion can generate a lot of insults and offensive comments so it may not be a wise idea to discuss those topics here. There are other sites devoted to those topics. We CAN’T discuss ANY topic here most frank sexual discussion is banned. And discussion where I insult people like use of the “N word” would also be banned.

If you could ask or say anything to Rudolphus Lestrange, what would it be? *STUPIFY* Pretending you're a muggle. (yes I know quite a stretch of the imagination :P) What would you do, if you fell in love with someone that turned out to be a witch or a wizard? Would you stay with them, or would you run? I would stay. Would you rather play Chess with Severus Snape or Albus Dumledore, Why? Would you win or lose.? :P I'd play with Snape. Because he's just cool like that. I'd lose, but who cares. If you got a brown Bertie Bot Every Flavor Bean, what are three possible flavors it could be? Uhhh. Soil, Feces, and Chocolate. Would you rather, be locked up in a room with 50 vipers or, must my precious Nagini? :P ARRGGHHHH! 50 vipers. Nagini can squeeze me to death.

de@r gEntLe m@n,

I fully agree with you on this fact.

We should be able to discuss on every topic. But sometimes i don't answer religious questions. I don't answer because its not like that i don't want to. I don't answer because i feel that i don't have that much of knowledge about other religions.

If I'll write anything wrong, then people will come and start attacking me. If not, then people who will read my answers will think that maybe she has written correct and then they will start following whatever is written.

Sometimes it might be wrong or sometimes it might be right.

I want to include and involve myself in this discussion. But then later i feel that, when i don't know anything fully, so whats the need or use of posting.

Rather i read all the answers and form an idea in my mind. I know that everyone should have the habit of indulging themselves into the discussion of each and every topic. As it will lead everyone to understand fully and equally others religion also... :) ....tc...sweet dreamz.....bye...

Noble thought! I agree that youngsters are the only hope. But because of innate quality youngsters automatically learn (garbage) from the society i.e. parents and school etc. These entities themselves are not clear what they want and what they are doing and for what?

Moreover an answer to question makes sense, if people are listening. 99% of people are just consolidating answers based upon pre-conceived notions.

So its vicious circle and discussions will not lead us anywhere. But if you are realized or know, a few (for whom you are role model – your kid, friends etc.) will appreciate the positive difference and automatically adopts the reality.

Yes Gentleman, the youngsters think that this is not the right age for them to be religious & spirtual.

To them life means to enjoy, not knowing what is true enjoyment.

They may be successful&intelligent in their work, but when it comes to their family they are not able to handle the situation & they go in for a divorce unnecessarily.

Being spiritual one will be courageous & faces the life with a healthy body & a balanced mind.

You make very valid points, but will any of the youngster take them on board, or has religion and the media already got the thinking in a groove.

Definition of a groove: a grave with the ends missing..!!

Though it seems that you are complaining, what you have told is right & required for youth.

At this stage they (youth) will definitely be having religious experiences. Now they are not in a position to justify even their own religion. But they would be perfectly analysing everything.

When they cross teen age definitely they would be answering questions like this.

I believe that everyone should be free to read and learn all that they can instead of following blindly. Some people think that they are supposed to believe only what the leaders of their religion want them to believe. These people are afraid of what they don't know and refuse to learn about any other religions. It is easier to keep sheeple in line if you put blinders on them. My opinion.

just so you know my thoughts on this " any topic" thing you put forward.. this place here where we are now ... is for religion and spirituality..there are other places in yahoo answers and questions for other toipics.. sex for instance is another topic which has no place here... and which should not be discussed by any of us with kids who are NOT our own.... ( delivery of pornographic material to minors , etc ) .

Children are not able to have the clarity of mind you speak of yet...because they are not yet formed enough by theirown parents ( other people than you and I ) and so you and I have no right to form their thought processes for them.
