how can i hook up my car amp in my room using a battery powered by my house electricity?

They are called power inverters.

You'll need to get one that handles the amperage that you desire.

Do a search on line for Power Inverters DC to AC for your needs. (Actually from your description it sounds like you need an AC to DC inverter...)

A 25 ampere 13.8 volt DC benchtop power supply will run a 350 watt RMS total system at a cost of about $100.

There is no other reliable way.

If you want to run a DC car amp in your bedroom without lugging the car battery in as well you could hook it up to a battery car charger .... but make sure you have the right in-line fuse fitted in case you blow your amp.

you are wanting to go from AC to DC, they have inverters for this check out radio shack or some other electronics store or auto parts store to find one.
