Human progress has resulted from differing points of view! If all human civilisation followed one view, nobody would challenge existing opinions about the world, universe etc! Shouldn't we celebrate diversity instead of uniformity?
The Rig Veda from Hinduism says, "Let good ideas flow in from all directions"!

In my humber opinion its because -
man has used even God for satisfying his own ego.
It shows by the way Jerusalem has been witnessing the rivers of blood ever since the Abrahamic religions came down to us. These religions have all but wiped out the human faith in God as can be witness in this forum from time to time.
The third most widely practiced religion on this earth, Hinduism (or rather Vedic Dharma), on the other hand values not only beliefs and intelligent understanding of the beliefs but most importantly the personal experience of those beliefs in this life time, so a merger with God can be attained right here, right now. It is not merely a dogmatic religion but a pragmatic one in it's above all approach.
That is why even with hundredS of year's of forcing conversions down the throats of the practitioners by the Abrahamic religions, India is still a very Hindu (or Vedic) country holding on to it's original flavor while all other great civilazations like Greeks, Egyptians, Persians, Europeans and Africans have given way.
Also, let's not forget that Buddhism which is an off shoot of Hinduism is a gift of India to the world because of its oppeness. Under Hinduism not only other religions thrived but several major religions took birth and continue to do so to this date.
The main difference here is that while the Abrahamic religions treat humans to be dum, Hinduism treats humans to be very intelligent as God designed them and gives them freedom to be intelligent.
Isn't that a breath of fresh air in today's atmosphere.

This is for "infinity".
Bible and Quran were scripted as fiction. They have out lived their utility. After the third world war between Muslims and rest of the world, only Indian wisdom would lead the world. So come down to earth.

Who cares for Rig Veda so much as Bible and Koran? It is fight and enmity that flow from all directions now with the the advent of Kali Yuga religions . They are the repository of pure arrogance as they claim that they ALONE ARE THE RIGHT AND ONLY AND TRUE WAY TO GOD .God himself has left the planet long long ago fearing conversion !

No body wants uniformity.
I want to convert you so my power increases. You are completely mistaken about the motives of conversion.
Diversity if properly managed is good, but diversity also leads to conflict.
As long as we recognise the proverb
DO unto others as you would they should do unto you.
If everybody followed this, then conflicts will not arise.

Because the greater the market share the greater the wealth and power. Religious organisations are no different from any other business.

No religion teaches its followers to hate the belief of another!
All religions like diverse rivers of the world ultimately join the sea/ocean, i.e., God.
So while religions build bridges of understandings and mutual love, charlatans, in the name of religions, keep the divisions deep ,for their pesonal benefit!!
