If you mean Irish Gaelic, then a few options are:

Seriously, I'm told by an Irish friend that the term "feck" is quite acceptable language in Ireland (I haven't checked it on Snopes... but I trust him). As in "feckin' hell" etc... So the appropriate answer may be "Feck, yeah.." or something similar. Apparently, it's not rude. But as always, it probably depends on how well you know the person...
