When saving the document, got "file"; "save as"; under "save as type" field, choose "web page". then hit save. I hope it helps

The other respondents have given you the Microsoft way of doing this...I will give you the best way of doing this.
First open up notepad form the Start button menu, select accessories, notepad.
Then copy this HTML code:
and paste it into the notepad file.
Save the file as .htm
Then in your original document go to edit and choose the select all option.
Then again in Edit select the copy function and paste the selected text into the notepad file between the
tags.
Then save the notepad file again and you will have saved your text as a HTML document without all of the clutter that word generates when you try to convert your Word documents into HTML.

In Word, under File>Save As
you should have an option to save it as an html file.
Anthother option would be to get an html editor application and drop the text from the Word document into that and save it.

Yes, but the quality of the resulting HTML code will be poor to shabby, at best.
The quality of resulting HTML code will be SOMEWHAT better if you edit the document using OpenOffice.org and "save as" html...
In either case your best bet is to edit the resulting code by hand and improve the heck out of it.

type your file name
select "web page (*.htm; *.html)" in save as type option
then save.

File, Save As
then save it with a ".html" extension, for example...
"DocumentName.html"
