Typically a B average..
It depends on the grading scale used. The 4.0 scale is most common in the US but not all schools use it. Find out what the max credit is then you'll know the scale.
The table below is from Wikipedia.... (not sure how they got 4.33 on a 4.0 scale but it will give you a rough idea how things are calculated without going into needless detail).

3.0 = B
2.0 = C
1.0 = D
