I am very small framed as well and inherited my mom's flat butt; however, through exercises I now have a really nice butt and people are always commenting. Anyways, squats, legs lifts, and lunges are great for building the lower muscle of the butt that help to lift it which gives the illusion of a larger round rear end.

Squats are an overall mass building exercise. Being one of those guys born without a butt, I've had to find exercises to isolate the glutes to get results. I've had great success with lunges, step ups, and weighted glute crunch. To do the glute crunch, lay on your back with your legs bent as if your are going to do a crunch then raise your hips up in the air with your feet and shoulders still on the floor, squeeze your glutes tight as you raise your hips. Do this about twenty times per set. I do these with a 85 lb dumbbell across my hips for extra resistance. Combine this exercise with lunges and step ups and you'll have a butt so tight and round you can crush walnuts between your cheeks

It's difficult for a girl especially to increase the size of their butt. When you try to "sculpt" it, it will probly just make it more toned. However, try doing low squats, and lunges. This increases the mass of the a** (had to rhyme that) for guys at least, but it is more difficult for women to gain muscle mass.

Squats are your best bet. And toned legs are actually really nice on females you wont get bulky legs. Unless you are teeming with Testosterone. I doubt that. Youll tone up your legs and bum they wont get bigger. They will probably get smaller if you are going to lose weight. Stick with squats leg press lunges with a good amount of weight.

Definitely squats, and incorporate lunges into your routine.. side lunges, forward lunges, back lunges.. work the glutes from a variety of angles!
Also, yoga and pilates really helped me shape my behind -- I come from a family of flat butts, but yoga and pilates helped create the illusion of a more muscular behind.

squats with weights may help. I have seen that exercise with body builders. But it may take years to burn all that fat back there. Watch for the knees.

Mozzarella cheese sticks and pizza have made my butt huge. But, I don't think that's the look you're looking for. I've heard of surgery with implants, but that's the only way I've heard of. I think alot of it is genetics.

... Why do you want a large ***? I've never understood the obsession. I don't like tiny or large, I just like normal butts on the girls I like.
