I think it would be nice to say "welcome parents and guests".

Brothers and sisters is best reserved for a religious meeting, not a parental meeting. Stick with 'ladies and gentlemen' or, as the other poster suggested, 'parents'. They are neither your brothers nor your sisters.

Skip the brothers and sisters.
Either "parents and family members" or "ladies and gentlemen". I would not assume that all of the "parents" are actually that, many children are raised by other relatives.

Since they aren't your family, Ladies and Gentlemen is the only appropriate greeting.

Dont use brothers and sisters, please. You can say Ladies and Gentlemen, Parents, Purple Bubble People. Just not brothers and sisters.
UNLESS you know them really well or you are speaking at your church.
