My sister's co-worker whom I have never met, had a dream that my sister was crying at their work xmas party cause I died.
In real life my sister's party is tonight. Also my sister is 27 wks pregnant.
What does all this mean? If anything at all?

Well, don't worry about kicking the bucket tonight, I don't think that is going to happen. Maybe your sister has been expressing some feelings to your co worker that became expressed in this dream. That your sister is pregnant could come into it, who knows? It's the co worker's dream, though, and it could be more about her life in some way. Perhaps your sister has been expressing thoughts of missing her sister lately? I notice your avatar says nursing student, will you be graduating soon? Death could be a symbol of you graduating and going from one phase of your life to a new phase of your life. I think it is more about your sister though, maybe the co worker is picking up on something that's bothering her, or something......... being pregnant complicates things, because women can have very intense mood swings, and say or do things they might not if they weren't pregnant...........

This dream has nothing to do with you, and doesn't mean you are going to die.
Please don't worry.
Also, death in dreams rarely means literal death. It usually means the end of something and a new beginning.
Perhaps your sister's co-worker has the intuition that your sister will get a new position at work, or even a new job. Your sister crying in the dream could mean she doesn't think she's ready to take this step, or is scared.

In order for a new life to flourish something else somewhere else has to die....
But since the two of you never met she might only know your face through a picture. People in dreams don't always represent people in life.
From this point of view you might consider how your sister likes you or doesn't, and how she talks about you to someone else. If your sister said you are a great person with a lot of empathy, then you dieing in this person's dream could mean (according to the one emotion of empathy) that she has done something to kill what in her head represents empathy(and you are empathy so yuo died). It could be guilt over not helping or feeling sorry for someone. The fact that it is you could just mean you represent something higher. Death isn't always death in dreams. Find out how people know and talk about you so you can properly interpret dreams, but if they aren't yours (like this dream isn't mine) there is no certain way to know what was being expressed.
It could be a vision, it could be that person's own mental state working out a problem with variables they know or are familair with. ( You can't describe something you don't understand with things you don't understand, so the mind uses symbols it does understand to represent what it doesn't).

Your sister talks about you often to this co-worker. The co-worker admires you, and perhaps is subconsciously jealous and would like to assume your characteristics. The co-worker does not want you to die, however death symbolizes this idea.
