I am 21 years old. I've been able to pull my life together nicely in the last couple of years except for my diet. Next semester, my final semester of college, I want to focus a lot of my time on exercising and correcting my diet. I've hated vegetables my entire life, but I think at this point I'd be able to down a big tall glass of 'em for the sake of my heart! I want to know if there are any premade vegetable drinks available that are very healthy! Like low sodium and high in fiber!
