1. Maker's Mark or Bulleit Bourbon and 7-Up
2. Stoli and Tonic with lemon twist
3. Any excellent craft beer (I love all styles really, save for American standard pilsners)
4. German wines
5. Jewel of Russia or Kutskova vodka straight up

1. Draught Guinness is rather pleasant but an acquired taste.
2. Real ale. You would have to try several different ales to find one to suit your palate. There are bitters, milds, stouts and porters to choose from. I'm lucky, as there are very few I really dislike. Fullers London Pride is worth trying, or perhaps Hopback Summer Lightning.

"New to the drinking scene", huh? If you like rum, you should try Malibu and coke. Once you cut your teeth on that, and develop more sophisticated tastes, you need to have a Costa Rican. It's vanilla-flavored vodka, banana liqueur, Kahlua, and Frangelico. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Delicious!

I make this drink at home... omg it's so good. I buy a bottle of TGIF's Berry Lemonade (it's a premixed drink that you just blend with ice; the alc. is Vodka), and i mix one part of that with one part of that green Lemon-Lime fake juice that you can get in the gallon... and blend it up with ice. Omg. It's AMAZING. Since I made it up... I get to name it... a Sweet Samantha, I'll call it. Haha :P

My favorite drink, as it always has been, will be my next one.
