I trust your reference is for soldiers since this is the military section. I serve to ensure my family and the citizens of the United States remain safe and able to enjoy the liberties provided for by the Constitution.
I do however have a quesiton for you....How many terrorist attacks have there been in the last 6 years on US soil? None? ah, excellent I imagine we are doing our job then.

Too many and if Congress would quit playing games and let the military do the jb instead of trying to get votes and giving the opposition forces there the hope that one of them will get elected and then run we would probably requie a lot less. Honestly-None-the Department of Defense would order those or the individual services.

Did you forget it is a volunteer Military. Military personal are trained to kill. Did you know we have more military accidents deaths then we've lost in the war? Nobody forced them to enlist.
