Is there anyone who DIDNT have weight loss doing the no carb thing? I did it quite a few years ago and lost about 20 lbs in a month, but i am a HUGE regualr coke drinker and I think the weight mostly came off due to me not drinking cokes. Can you tell me your expierence with it?

I understand I need a complete lifestyle change to keep the weight off, and once i start eating carbs again i will gain the weight right back. I am needing a good jump start though and then after I lose a 10-20 lbs I would like to move to Weight Watchers which is a more realistic diet, but for right now, I am need a good jump start.

I have never gone on this diet, but I know several people that did and not one of them achieved good results. Sure they lost a good amount of weight, but as soon as they began eating carbs again they put all that weight back on and then some. Also, your body needs carbs, thats why we are suppose to eating 5-7 servings a day, it is vital. So if your looking to lose weight, then eat healthy, eat 6 small meals a day, try to avoid junk food and pop and you should be able to drop those extra pounds, best of luck!

I have never heard of or know anyone who did not lose weight while on the no carb diet who stuck to it. Cokes are not good at all. They had a study I saw last year, and on average, one Coke per day will put on 36-45 pounds per year. I switched to diet coke, and lost a LOT of weight without changing anything else. Once you drink them and get use to them, you can hardly drink a regular coke. I got sick about a month ago and could not taste diet, so I started drinking vanilla Dr. Pepper. I have gained 30 lbs already! That is only in one month! It does make a huge difference. I never believed that diet would make a difference bc it just had a different type of sugar in it, but it really does make a difference....a huge one.

Tried low carb. It particularly particularly works, but when you're now not located to stay with it, you are going to without difficulty provide into sugary meals. Everyone is unique, so what works for one man or woman would now not be the first-rate nutrition for any one else. If you already know you hate matters like eggs, cheese and meats, the low carb nutrition isn't for you. These are the staples of the nutrition and whenever you begin consuming those matters and notice the kilos soften, it encourages you to preserve going. You do have ENERGY! You will free weight and when you begin consuming the mistaken approach once more, the load WILL RETURN! Just pronouncing!
