Its my sisters 18th bday and she wants me to go to club wiv her tonight but i have work in the morning at 7.30am proberly wont get in till 4am rather intoxicated too i also have my period too what do u think i should do i wanna go but i dont wanna be a wreck at work.

well even though it sucks, i think its your sisters 18th birthday only once, and she chose to celebrate it with you first of all. I would go and you can always leave early if you can drive?

If it were my sister's 18th then I would definitely make it a priority, and I would have booked time off work or asked for a later shift. Can you not swap with anyone?
There is no reason that you have to stay out till 4am, you can go home earlier, and although you will feel hungover at work you can go straight to bed as soon as you're finished! I think its worth it as your sister only turns 18 once.
Then of course there is the option of pulling a 'sickie.' Using your Period as an excuse (which is kinda true.)
Either way I think you should go xx

No one says you have to be trashed to go and have a good time AND there is no reason why you can not bail a little early. They all need to understand you gotta work. So stay and go home at like one ... gives you time to sleep. Plus do not get trashed! You and her can always go out another night when there is no work the next morning.
You can go out of course ... just take it all in moderation!

Why don't you go with her for 1 hour and then leave early. Just because you go to a club at 10:00 pm doesn't mean you have to drink and doesn't mean you have to stay out til 4 am! Show some self control!

You wont have to stay till closing and you wont have to get drunk, pace yourself and get home at a reasonable time then you wont feel rubbish at work the next day. It would make your sis happy if you at least show your face, she'd understand you cant get drunk and work.

Why don't you go, but explain to her that you will have to leave early and explain the reason, I'm sure that she will understand and then promise to do something special with her next weekend to make up for it

you should go out and come home early, that way you'll get to go to your sister's bday and you'l be in time for work.
