They get these ideas from so-called Christian sages that advocate stupid moral laws that don't even apply in this day and age. Morals are necessary but the reasons for some of the beliefs in this very old book, (the New Testament part) written well after the death of the man who inspired it, no longer exist. They need to get over themselves and practise true Christianity. Remember that Jesus befriended prostitutes and others who did not meet the criteria of acceptance in his time? There was a point in my life where I had a bunch of male gay friends. They really did have a weird idea that men were all gay to a point and that led to a few problems with us. I personally got a little tired of them hitting on me constantly when there was no way.
So I think that they may be at least somewhat right.

They go right in our schools and try to recruit high-school kids. At least that is what my co-worker said. In all honesty both my mother and sister have been approached by lesbians (one an old family friend and one a cousin) with the line, "come on try it you might like it." Both were adults at the time but it does sound a bit like recruitment to me.
